Our system (everyone in our body that was born here in the sense you would think from movies or pop culture):
First, we don’t really have a traditional “front/host” which is “the person everyone thinks of as the normal person.” Many multiples do but we don’t seem to ever have had that kind of singularity. The closest we came was Teresa, who was a very nice person, good girl, a little fuzzy on memory issues, religious, and a bit anxious. She and I integrated naturally (became one person) over 2003-2005. I feel like my traits dominated but in truth we did integrate.
Warriors: Me (Shandra), Amber, Lexi, and others. The warriors go back to elementary school.
Lynn is a person who is multiple (multiple within a multiple), and a place and a perspective; you could think of Lynn as the person who was in the abusive religious cult. She includes: Magdalynn, Evelyn, Maelynn, and about 40 others. Also the kinderlynn, who are kind of feral children/Lost Girls who live in a wood. We only know one by name: Eternally Damned. Dominic is kind of a Lynn and kind of not. He’s also the lone (system) boy.
Lyria is a new-age sort of earth-mothery type. She’s a fairy, really, but she operates pretty well in the real world and in many ways seems to have the most memories going back. If we had to pick an original person she would be high on the list.
JJ in bad 80s multiple literature would probably be the Inner Self Helper; someone who is aware of the inside and outside and provides help to the therapist. For a while it seemed like therapists were treating multiples like a bad version of Zelda and they were always on the quest for the Inner Self Helper. In fact JJ is a philosophical sort of person, who is a bit shy. She forms 1/3 of a kind of inner council that held things more or less together growing up. The other member who wants to share her name is Epiphany (Piph).
We have system kids, kids that grew up (or didn’t) in our life and body: Amie (6), Channah (12), Joy (4) and Singing Cleaning Girl (SCG), formerly Screaming. There are more but they are shy, even internally.
Then there are the astral children. These are kids we had/created with two other multiple systems – the first, Marai, is kind of a hybrid – she was one of our system children trapped at a very young age and kind of came to life again via this err, astral birth thing. She is Lyria and David’s (David from Jeanne’s system) Then with Idaho/Ell we had a bunch.
I should mention age and time are fuzzy internally, so kids kind of age at the rate they are going to.
These kids used to live in the space between us and Ell and although they were there and I was aware of them and would raise my girls and everything, they didn’t seem to be well…like those of us who ride the subway and buy CDs and stuff. Until we broke up and that space between Ell and us kind of broke apart. Then the astral kids became very real and we have had to adjust to having them here. They are working on creating a “third place” for themselves but I suspect they’re with us for life.

Other significant people:
Carl is our husband. Emily, Noah, and Liam are our real/body kids.
Our exes (collectively Idaho and then changed their group name to Ell) include Sassy, Lohr, Li, Soren, San, Lian, Morne, Moon, Asa, Laen, Lore, Telein and others.
Our sweet peas/friends/whatever – Jeanne’s system – include David, Mikael, Jeanne obviously, Sean and Nicholas.
We have a bunch of friends but surely I don’t have to list them all?
